O direito à educação no Brasil já passou por diversas transformações estruturais. Dentre essas alterações, destaca-se a empreendida pela Emenda Constitucional 59/2009, que alterou significativamente a obrigatoriedade e universalização do ensino básico em todos os seus nÃveis. Nesse sentido, será feita uma análise dessa importante alteração levando-se em conta a legislação infraconstitucional, ponderando-se a respeito da implementação desse novo modelo jurÃdico de educação brasileira.
The right to education in Brazil has gone through several structural changes. Among
these changes, there is undertaken by the Constitutional Amendment 59/2009, which significantly
changed the mandatory and universal basic education in all levels. In this sense, there will be an
analysis of this important change taking into account the constitutional legislation, is pondering about
the implementation of this new model of legal education in Brazil.
