Trata-se de umarevisãointegrativadaliteratura, em que foirealizada uma vasta pesquisa nos bancos de dadosdo The Scientific Electronic Library Online -SciELOe naBiblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações, com objetivo geralde analisar as produçõesque abordam ou correlacionam a inserção de pessoas com deficiência visual (PCDV) no mercado de trabalho brasileiro, publicados no período de 2002 a 2018. A partir dos critérios estabelecidos, foram selecionados15 (quinze) pesquisaspara a amostra finalentre artigos, tese e dissertações que contribuíram de forma expressiva, atendendo ao objetivo principal desta revisão integrativa. A partir dos resultados, as discussões foram organizadas em discutir oconceito de deficiência, caracterização da deficiência visual, acesso ao mercado de trabalho, lei de cotas e centros de reabilitação. Os resultados analisados revelam expressivamente que é significativa a falta de inclusão de pessoas com deficiência visual no mercado de trabalho nos últimos 16 anos, apontando as dificuldades e oportunidades dos últimos anos, seja por falta de estudo, capacitação, adaptação ao novo ambiente laboral ou inclusão por lei de cotas.
This is an integrative literature review, in which extensive research was carried out in the databases of The Scientific Electronic Library Online -SciELO and in the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations, with the general objective of analyzing the productions that address or correlate the insertion of people with visual impairments (PCDV) in the Brazilian labor market, published between 2002 and 2018. From the established criteria, 15 (fifteen) surveys were selected for the final sample among articles, thesis and dissertations that contributed significantly, meeting the main objective of this integrative review. Based on the results, the discussions were organized to discuss the concept of disability, characterization of visual impairment, access to the labor market, quota law and rehabilitation centers. The analyzed results expressively reveal that the lack of inclusion of people with visual impairments in the labor market in the last 16 years is significant, pointing out thedifficulties and opportunities of the last years, whether due to lack of study, training, adaptation to the new work environment or inclusion by quota law.
