O objetivo deste artigo é analisar os eixos de desenvolvimento propostos no Plano de Desenvolvimento Industrial do Maranhão-PDI 2020 e seus reflexos na economia maranhense. Neste sentido, fez-se uma breve revisão da literatura, pertinente à s polÃticas industriais, para subsidiar a análise do PDI-2020. Posteriormente, são analisados os impactos do plano em eixos temáticos. Os resultados indicaram que as áreas de educação, energia e infraestrutura foram as que apresentaram maior dinamismo como consequência das medidas implantadas pelo PDI 2020.
The aim of this article is to analyze the strategy development proposed in the state of Maranhão for its Industrial Development Plan IDP-2020 and the effects on its economy. Thus, a brief literature review was done, which is relevant to industrial policies to support the IDP-2020 analysis. After that, the impacts on the plans were analyzed. The results indicated that the areas of education, energy and infrastructure showed more dynamism as a result of the measures implemented by PDI 2020.
