O presente documento relata as atividades desenvolvidas durante a execução do projeto de Instalação de Unidade de Beneficiamento de Materiais Vítreos para os Catadores da COTRAMARE (Cooperativa de Trabalhadores de Materiais Recicláveis) de Campina Grande/PB. O mesmo teve como objetivo geral promover a inclusão e melhoria nas condições de trabalho dos catadores de resíduos vítreos, a metodologia buscou envolver a comunidade de catadores e a equipe executora em todas as ações do projeto. As atividades foram desenvolvidas em 05 etapas distintas: sensibilização, diagnóstico, aquisição e instalação, capacitação, registro e divulgação. Dentre elas os participantes tiveram Treinamentos realizados pelo Corpo de Bombeiro para Prevenção de Incêndio e Primeiros Socorros; Realização de ações efetivas direcionadas a saúde preventiva, que contemplaram não somente os catadores da Unidade de Beneficiamento de Materiais Vítreos, mas a comunidade do bairro do mutirão.

It is related in this work, the activities developed during the implementation of the project: Installation of a Unity of Glassing Materials Benefit to the COTRAMARE (Cooperative of the Workers of Recycling Materials) collect workers – Campina Grande-Pb. The project aimed to promote inclusion and better working conditions to the COTRAMARE workers. The employed methodology tried to enroll the community of the recycling workers and the responsible for the project in all of the actions. The activities followed a five steps sequence: sensitization, diagnosis, acquisition and installation, qualification, registering and spreading. The integrants of the team were qualified in waste, selective collection, screen, reuse, technology and waste recycling, glassy craft works and trainings realized by the firemen about firing prevention and first aids; Realization of effective actions directed to preventive health that enrolled, not only the Unity collectors workers but all the community of the Mutirão, a neighbor of Campina Grande-PB in which is placed the glass unit.
