Os Planos de Recursos Hídricos disponibilizam as informações que servirão de diretrizes para a implantação dos demais instrumentos das Políticas Nacional e Estadual de Recursos Hídricos. A integração dos Comitês de Bacias Hidrográficas afluentes de um rio federal entre si e com o Comitê de rio de domínio da União é uma oportunidade para consolidar o planejamento integrado da gestão das águas, definir as melhores alternativas de utilização dos recursos, buscar o uso racional, garantir o acesso ao recurso hídrico em quantidade e qualidade e orientar a tomada de decisão. Objetivou-se com esse trabalho avaliar a aderência e a compatibilidade das prioridades estabelecidas nos Planos Diretores de Recursos Hídricos dos afluentes mineiros do rio Grande e no Plano Integrado de Recursos Hídricos da bacia hidrográfica do rio Grande, a fim de subsidiar a integração das atividades dos Comitês afluentes entre si e com o Comitê do rio Grande. A análise da compatibilidade das prioridades estabelecidas nos Planos Diretores de Recursos Hídricos dos afluentes mineiros do rio Grande e no Plano Integrado de Recursos Hídricos da bacia hidrográfica do rio Grande ocorreu por meio de matrizes de correlação e identificou convergências nos três componentes estratégicos, indicando a possibilidade de atuação integrada. A integração dos Comitês de Bacias Hidrográficas afluentes do rio Grande entre si e com o Comitê federal representa a oportunidade para potencializar os resultados gerados pela implementação dos Planos de Ações e conquistar o fortalecimento institucional, beneficiando a gestão de recursos hídricos e consequentemente a população da bacia.

The Water Resources Plans provide the information that will serve as guidelines for the implementation of the other instruments of the National and State Water Resources Policies. The integration of the River Basin Committees affluent of a federal river between themselves and with the River Union Committee is an opportunity to consolidate the integrated planning of the water management, to define the best alternatives of use of the resources, to seek the rational use, guarantee access to water resources in quantity and quality and guide decision-making. The objective of this work was to evaluate the adherence and compatibility of the priorities established in the Water Resources Management Plans of the river Grande tributaries and the Water Resource Management Unit of the river Grande, in order to subsidize the integration of the activities of the Committees affluent with each other and with the river Grande Committee. The analysis of the compatibility of the priorities established in the Water Resources Management Plans of the river Grande tributaries and the Water Resource Management Unit of the river Grande occurred through correlation matrices and identified convergences in the three strategic components, indicating the possibility of integrated action. The integration of the river Grande River Basin Committees affluent with each other and with the Federal Committee represents the opportunity to enhance the results generated by the implementation of the Action Plans and achieve institutional strengthening, benefiting the management of water resources and consequently the population of the basin.
