Percebe-se que, em atendimento voltado à atenção básica,
a equipe tem dificuldade de ser equipe. Parece haver
uma fragmentação do trabalho, e cada profissional desenvolve
particularmente sua técnica, muitas vezes contradizendo
ou repetindo a do outro. A demanda muito grande
acarreta um desgaste emocional, dificultando o
planejar, e as diferentes formações também contribuem
para isso: há uma tendência maior de os profissionais
verem o lado físico, biológico e não o emocional. Havendo
uma complementaridade nas profissões, é possível obter
maior eficácia no tratamento. Através deste artigo, pretende-
se estabelecer definições de conceitos, procurando
entender quais os entraves que se apresentam em
uma equipe de atenção básica à saúde que dificultam o
trabalho interdisciplinar e buscar alternativas para que
essa prática se efetive.

It is noticed that, in the attention directed to Basic
Attention, the team has difficulty in being a team. It looks
like there is a fragmentation in work, where each
professional develops his or her own technique, in many
cases contradicting or repeating the techniques of others.
The very high demand causes emotional wear out, which
make planning difficult. Different formations also contribute
to the situation: professionals are more inclined to viewing
the physical and biological aspects, instead of the emotional
aspect. If there is a complementarity in the professions, it
is possible to obtain a higher effectiveness in the treatment.
Through this article, it is intended to establish definitions
of concepts, in the attempt to understand the obstacles
that have emerged in a Basic Attention Team, which make
the interdisciplinary work difficult, and look for alternatives
to make this practice effective.
