Qual o lugar das intervenções gráicas urbanas? Este trabalho trata dessa atividade que tem características constituintes híbridas, por meio do campo da imaginação espacial, no qual os pressupostos implícitos que fazemos em relação ao espaço são importantes, com implicações sociais e políticas. O documental analisado, pesquisas recentes sobre o tema, serve como base para a extração das noções de cidade imbuídas nos discursos. Conjecturouse conceber o espaço urbano e as imagens criadas estabelecendo de que maneira as intervenções gráicas borram fronteiras dos territórios urbanos. Conclui-se que a atividade não se caracteriza apenas em manipular elementos pictóricos, mas de se apropriar dos elementos materiais das cidades e dos movimentos que seus habitantes fazem pelo espaço.
What is the place of urban graphic interventions? This paper addresses this activity that has hybrid constituents characteristics, through the ield of spatial imagination, in which the implicit assumptions that we make in relation to the space are important, with social and political implications. The examined documentary, recent researches on the subject,serves as basis for the extraction of imbued city notions in speeches. It was conjuctured to conceive the urban space and the created images establishing in which manner graphic interventions blur the borders of urban territories. It is concluded that the activity is not characterized only by manipulating pictorial elements, but in appropriating itself of the cities’ material elements and the movements that its inhabitants make through space.
