A Justiça Restaurativa consiste em uma alternativa de resolução de problemas e de futuros situações já diagnosticadas pela sociedade e pelo governo federal. Com a crise na Venezuela muitos imigrantes fugiram da ditadura de Nicolas Maduro para lutar pela sobrevivência no Brasil. Entretanto, a maioria dos países estrangeiros veem este pais tropical como o pais da impunidade e, da mesma forma, é a visão dos imigrantes venezuelanos tendo em vista que devido ao alto número de imigração o Estado de Roraima passou a ser o 2° mais violento do pais. Assim, o objetivo deste artigo é debater como a Justiça Restaurativa pode auxiliar imigração venezuelana e na redução dos crimes no Estado de Roraima.

Restorative Justice consists of an alternative solution to problems and future situations already diagnosed by society and the federal government. With the crisis in Venezuela, many immigrants fled the dictatorship of Nicolas Maduro to fight for survival in Brazil. However, most foreign countries see this tropical country as the country of impunity and, likewise, it is the vision of Venezuelan immigrants, given that due to the high number of immigration the State of Roraima became the 2nd most violent from the country. Thus, the objective of this article is to discuss how the Restorative Justice can help Venezuelan immigration and the reduction of crimes in the State of Roraima.
