O presente artigo utiliza o método dedutivo em pesquisa bibliográfica com o objetivo de analisar o pensamento de Karl Popper sobre objetividade e ideologia exposto na obra Lógica das Ciências Sociais em face da questão sobre quais mecanismos podem ser utilizados na pesquisa científica em ciências humanas aptos a superar o obstáculo epistemológico da ideologia. Para tanto, no primeiro tópico, introduz-se o tema da ideologia e as várias conceituações resultantes da evolução das investigações a tal respeito. No segundo tópico, examina-se criticamente as teses descritas n’A Lógica das Ciências Sociais de Popper. Por derradeiro, são enunciadas as conclusões obtidas.
This article uses the deductive method in bibliographic research with the objective of analyzing Karl Popper 's thinking about objectivity and ideology exposed in the work of the Social Sciences Logic in the face of the question about which mechanisms can be used in scientific research in human sciences capable of surpassing the epistemological obstacle of ideology. For this, in the first topic, we introduce the theme of ideology and the various conceptualizations resulting from the evolution of the investigations in this respect. In the second topic, the theses described in Popper's Social Sciences Logic are critically examined. Lastly, the conclusions are drawn.
