In the presen document we will be tried to demonstrate that the right, as well as all the fields of academic study that arise from the description and the feedback of the phenomena of the reality, are demarcated by a path nonlinear or cyclic but entropic, and that by adhering to this new understanding Of the juridical facts that this method offers us, we will be able to respond more accurately to the global challenges that will be presented to us in contemporary times. One of the probable solutions is to make a comprehensive review of the rights of first, second and third generation, so that they are interpreted in an integral and non-pondering way. The production of laws, as well as their application and interpretation, must anticipate the entropic behavior that will trigger this legal reality, this law intends to transform, so that only then can the protection of all rights in their entirety be exercised.
Resumo Espanhol:
Se intentará demostrar que el derecho, asà como todos los campos de estudio académico que surgen de la descripción y la retroalimentación de los fenómenos de la realidad, están demarcados por un camino no lÃneal o cÃclico sino entrópico, y que al ceñirse a esta nueva comprensión de los hechos jurÃdicos que nos brinda este método podremos responder con mayor exactitud a los desafÃos globales que se nos presentarán en la época contemporánea. Una de las soluciones probables, es la de hacer una revisión exhaustiva de los derechos de primera, segunda y tercera generación, para que sean interpretados de forma integral y no ponderativa. La producción de las leyes, como también su aplicación e interpretación deberán preveer el comportamiento entrópico que desencadenará aquella realidad jurÃdica esta ley pretenda transformar, para que sólo asà se pueda ejercer la protección de todos los derechos en su integralidad.
