Lacunas sociais no combate à violência de gênero

Resumo Português:

Várias campanhas de conscientização têm sido veiculadas no intuito de prevenir e coibir a violência de gênero. Divulga-se, nos mais variados meios publicitários e sociais, o que caracteriza a violência e incentiva-se a notícia crime (notitia criminis). Todavia, questiona-se se somente ações como essas e a criação de leis são suficientes para refrear esse tipo de violência. Assim, o presente trabalho objetiva o entendimento de fatores históricos e socioculturais que fazem com que a própria mulher aceite a violência contra si e contribua, ainda que involuntariamente, para a perpetuação dessa cultura, bem como analisa o papel das instituições-chave que moldam e direcionam a sociedade na articulação de ações para a transformação dessa realidade. Em suma, busca encontrar e explicar as lacunas sociais que fazem com que o combate à violência de gênero não se efetive.

There is a large number of caipains intending to prevent and avoid the gender violence. It is spread, in the most varied advertising and social media, what caracterizes the violence and encourages to report it to the authorities. However, it is questioned if only these actions and the creation of criminal laws are enough to restrain this kind of violence. Therefore, the present paper aims to unsdertand the historical and sociocultural factors that make the women herself accept the violence against her and contribute, although involuntarily, to perpetuate this culture, as well it analyzes the paper of the main institutions that mold and direct the society in the articulation of action to transform this reality. In a nut shell, it objects to find and explain the social gaps that make that the fight agaisnt the gender violence doesn't get an effective implementation.
