Por ocasião dos 100 anos da Revolução Russa, pretendo discutir neste artigo alguns aspectos da legislação bolchevique sobre família na Rússia, de modo articulado à apresentação breve dos debates acerca do lugar da “questão das mulheres” no projeto socialista.

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Russian Revolution, I propose in this article a debate about some principles of the Bolshevik Family Law in Russia articulated with a brief presentation of the discussions on understanding the place of the "woman question" in the socialist project.
