O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar a Lei 10.639 e ao mesmo tempo procura-se estabelecer uma discussão sobre a necessidade da reformulação do currÃculo escolar em função de uma construção do conhecimento que se faz respeitando a pluralidade cultural existente no Brasil. É enfatizada ainda, a importância da formação continuada dos professores acerca da temática Afro-Brasileira e Africana.

This study aimed to analyze
the political scene of the speakers in
Rio Grande do Sul, highlighting trade
and maintenance of mayors in the
period 1937 to 1945. The guiding
question was the case in the city of
Carazinho speakers, power relations

the mayor Albino Hillebrand. The
