O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar a Lei 10.639 e ao mesmo tempo procura-se estabelecer uma discussão sobre a necessidade da reformulação do currÃculo escolar em função de uma construção do conhecimento que se faz respeitando a pluralidade cultural existente no Brasil. É enfatizada ainda, a importância da formação continuada dos professores acerca da temática Afro-Brasileira e Africana.

This study aimed to analyze
