O texto tem por objeto a análise do nono e último capítulo da Lei 13445/2017, que versa sobre as penalidades e infrações administrativas. Sob a égide do método teórico-dogmático, revela-se que as infrações, ao preverem sanções àqueles que desrespeitarem o conteúdo legislado o qual consolidou a dignidade da pessoa do migrante, contribuem, embora alvo de críticas do governo eleito do Brasil, para tal finalidade, qual seja, a de afirmar essa dignidade em terras brasileiras.
Resumo Inglês:
The purpose of the text is to analyze the ninth and last chapter of Law 13445/2017, which deals with administrative penalties and infractions. With the employment of the theoretical-dogmatic method, it is revealed that the infractions, in providing sanctions to those who disrespect the legislated content which has consolidated the dignity of the person of the migrant, contribute, although criticized by the Brazilian elected government, for such purpose, that is, to affirm this dignity in Brazilian lands
