O artigo visa a ressaltar a importância da leitura literária no processo de construção do ser-leitor,
refletindo sobre a hipótese de haver “contratos de literatura do leitor†subjacentes ao ato de ler.
Intenta-se, ainda, tratar de um aspecto relativo ao assunto: o mercado editorial, instigando
questionamentos acerca da trÃade editores, autores e leitores de obras do universo ficcional.
Resumo Inglês:
The article aims at standing out the importance of the literary reading in the process of
construction of being-reader, reflecting on the hypothesis of the existence of “literary contracts of
the reader†underlying the act of reading. It also aims at dealing with an aspect related to the
subject: the publishing market, instigating questionings concerning the triad publishers, authors
and readers of fictional works.
