Na obra “Filosofia do Direito”, Hegel construiu um sistema filosófico prático autossuficiente, que tem como característica essencial o desenvolvimento de um método dialético que propõe estudar a realidade, as condições de possibilidade do direito, da moralidade, e da eticidade. Todos estes três originam, conforme Hegel da liberdade e são formas de sua realização. O direito, a moralidade, a ética, e o mundo real do direito, são formas que se apreendem com o pensar, os conceitos determinam a forma da racionalidade. O conceito de eticidade é a atualização da unidade entre subjetividade moral e a objetividade do direito, pois se expressa no movimento da liberdade, a manifestação da substância. A Liberdade é um conceito absoluto em Hegel, com o mesmo fim da autoconsciência que se determina a moldar e trabalhar o conteúdo da sua vontade. Essa reflexão tem como propósito evidenciar a existência da relação entre querer e saber, e que esse encontro é externado através de uma autoconsciência, e que dessa forma, acaba resultando em uma verdadeira efetividade da liberdade na eticidade do sistema hegeliano.

In the book “Philosophy of Right”, Hegel has built a self-sufficient practical philosophical system, which is essentially characterized by the development of a dialectical method that proposes to study the reality, the conditions of law possibility, morality and ethics. All three originate, as Hegel from freedom and are ways of its realization. The law, morality, ethics, and the real world of law are forms that are apprehended with thinking. Concepts determine the way of rationality. The concept of ethics is the update of the joining between moral subjectivity and the objectivity of the law, because it is expressed in the freedom movement, the manifestation of the substance. Freedom is an absolute concept in Hegel, with the same purpose of self-consciousness that determines itself to shape and work the content of its will. This reflection aims to demonstrate the existence of a relationship between wanting and knowing, and this event is output through a self-consciousness, and thus it results in a truly effectiveness of freedom in the ethics of Hegelian system.
