Este artigo busca analisar a atuação do advogado Eloar Guazzelli em processos com
conotação política que tramitaram na Justiça Militar entre 1964 e 1968. Estes processos são
indícios da onda repressiva iniciada após o golpe e relacionam-se a fatos ocorridos nos primeiros
anos da ditadura civil-militar. Após um levantamento teórico a respeito da atuação dos advogados
na Justiça Militar durante a ditadura civil-militar se esboçará o perfil dos defendidos para,
posteriormente, analisar alguns processos. Os processos analisados compõem o Acervo Eloar
Guazzelli (AEG), no qual estão os processos em que ele trabalhou, e, atualmente, encontra-se
sob a guarda da família.

This paper analyzes the performance of the lawyer Eloar Guazzelli in cases with
political connotation that were processed in the Military Court between 1964 and 1968. These
processes are evidence of the wave of repression started after the civil-military coup and relate to
events that occurred in the early years of the civil-military dictatorship. After a theoretical survey
about the role of lawyers the military courts during the civil-military dictatorship Brazil, will draf
the profile of the defended to then analyze some processes. The analyzed processes compose the
acquis Eloar Guazzelli (AEG), which are the processes in which he worked, and currently is in
the custody of family
