O presente artigo apresenta uma proposta de interpretação para as relações
metalinguÃsticas existentes entre o texto bÃblico tradicionalmente conhecido como As bodas em Caná e
a narrativa bÃblica a respeito do que o cristianismo define como “obra salvÃficaâ€, protagonizada por
Jesus Cristo. O objetivo é demonstrar como o episódio relatado no evangelho de João apresenta
consonâncias com o conjunto de textos bÃblicos neo e veterotestamentários que tornam a figura e os
eventos relacionados a Jesus Cristo a fundamentação teológica da religião cristã.
This article is an interpretation purpose to the metalinguistic relation present between
the text traditionally named The marriage in Cana and the biblical narrative related to what the
Christianity defines as “saving workâ€, led by Jesus Christ. The objective is to demonstrate how the
episode reported in the gospel of John presents a consonance with the new and old testaments that
become the figure and the events related to Jesus Christ the teological foundation of the Christian
religion.
