O estudo, por meio de sua constru- ção dinâmica, estabelece uma inter-rela- ção entre os fenômenos sociais, de acordo com o arranjo que conecta a moda e os momentos críticos do século XX. Desse modo, constrói-se uma investiga- ção, que abre discussões para a reflexão acerca das manifestações socioculturais da moda e da história e suas influências mútuas. O trabalho desenvolve um diálogo interdisciplinar, integrando contribui- ções da filosofia, história, antropologia e sociologia, buscando refletir sobre os caminhos traçados no impulso da modernidade e sua complexidade. O objetivo, assim, é promover uma reflexão acerca da evolução da moda pela transforma- ção progressiva do vestuário, em decorrência dos principais momentos críticos do século XX. Seu desenvolvimento parte de uma ampla pesquisa bibliográfica, orientado por uma metodologia que se liga ao viés histórico, visando investigar, registrar, analisar e interpretar os dados obtidos. Ao fim, observa-se que neste ciclo, no qual ocorre a progressão da moda pela história, o homem tende, naturalmente, a portar-se de maneiras distintas em tempos incertos, com as crises, e naqueles em que a opulência é assumida como regra, sendo a moda o fenômeno que melhor descreve o engenho desta mudança.
The study, by means of its dynamic construction, establishes a subjective interrelationship among social phenomena, in accordance with the arrangement that connects fashion and the critical moments of the twentieth century. Thus, it builds up an investigation that opens discussions to reflect about the sociocultural manifestations of fashion, history and their mutual influences. The paper develops an interdisciplinary dialogue, integrating contributions of philosophy, history, anthropology and sociology, seeking to reflect on the paths traced in the impulse of modern times and its complexity. The aim, therefore, is to promote a reflection on the evolution of fashion by the progressive transformation of clothing, as a result of the most critical moments of the twentieth century. Its Development starts with an extensive literature research, guided by an approach that binds to the historical bias in order to investigate, record, analyze and interpret the data obtained. In the end, it’s observed that in this cycle, which the progression of fashion on history occurs, man naturally tends to behave in distinct ways in uncertain times, with crisis, and in those on which opulence is assumed as a rule, being the fashion the best phenomenon that describes the ingenuity of this change.
