O projeto aqui apresentado e discutido consistiu na modelagem tridimensional realÃstica da estrutura óssea de um crânio infantil e respectivos tecidos moles da região do nervo alveolar inferior, fazendo parte do projeto maior intitulado “SIMULATION LAB – Simulador de Anestesia Infiltrativa: Bloqueio do Nervo Alveolar Inferiorâ€, que implementa um ambiente de aprendizagem virtual 3D, com aplicação de Realidade Aumentada, destinado ao ensino na graduação em Odontologia.
The project consists in modeling realistically the bone structure of a child skull and the soft tissues of the inferior alveolar nerve region, part of the larger project entitled “SIMULATION LAB – Infiltrative Anesthesia Simulator: Inferior Alveolar Nerve Block†by implementing the 3D virtual learning environment, with application of Augmented Reality for teaching in college of Dentistry.
