Constitui objetivo da presente pesquisa o estudo do modelo participativo e democrático de processo coletivo a partir da Teoria das Ações Coletivas como Ações Temáticas. O recorte do objeto da pesquisa em tela se seu na análise do processo coletivo democrático como locus de ampla discursividade do meio ambiente como direito humano. Dessa forma, garante-se a exauriência argumentativa e a ampla participação dos interessados na construção participada do mérito processual. Por meio da pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, foi possível concluir que o processo coletivo no Estado Democrático de Direito é um espaço que assegura o direito de amplo debate quanto à formação participada do mérito processual, mediante o direito de todos os interessados difusos serem coautores do provimento final de mérito
Resumo Inglês:
It is the objective of this research to study the participatory and democratic model of collective process based on the Theory of Collective Actions as Thematic Actions. The cut of the object of the research on screen if its in the analysis of the democratic collective process as locus of wide discursivity of the environment as human right. In this way, it guarantees the argumentative exhaustiveness and the broad participation of the interested parties in the construction of the procedural merit. Through the bibliographical and documentary research, it was possible to conclude that the collective process in the Democratic State of Law is a space that ensures the right to a wide debate regarding the participatory formation of the procedural merit, by means of the right of all the diffuse stakeholders to be coauthors of the provision end of merit.
