Este trabalho objetiva apresentar e discutir sentidos sobre o futuro produzidos por adolescentes em cumprimento de medida socioeducativa de privação de liberdade. Visa-se também refletir sobre o Plano Individual de Atendimento (PIA), instrumento de previsão, registro e gestão de atividades socioeducativas como metodologia mediadora de engajamentos políticos na comunidade socioeducativa. Os referenciais teóricos estão circunscritos na concepção biopolítica de Michel Foucault, na subalternidade da indiana Gayatri Spivak e no empoderamento como atividade social de Paulo Freire. Após uma apresentação da fundamentação teórica e dos aspectos metodológicos serão apresentados resultados obtidos em dois projetos de pesquisa, onde foram discutidas, numa perspectiva qualitativa, as narrativas de adolescentes sobre o território da socioeducação. Em conclusão, o PIA se revela um instrumento capaz de promover ações de caráter político emancipatório na vida de adolescentes em cumprimento de medidas socioeducativas.
This work aims to present and discuss meanings about the future produced by adolescents serving socio-educational measures involving deprivation of liberty. It also aims to reflect on the Individual Care Plan (PIA), an instrument for planning, recording, and managing socio-educational activities as a mediating methodology for political engagement within the socio-educational community. The theoretical framework is circumscribed by Michel Foucault's biopolitical conception, the subalternity of the Indian scholar Gayatri Spivak, and Paulo Freire's empowerment as a social activity. After presenting the theoretical foundation and methodological aspects, results obtained in two research projects will be presented, where the narratives of adolescents about the socio-educational territory were discussed from a qualitative perspective. In conclusion, the PIA proves to be an instrument capable of promoting emancipatory political actions in the lives of adolescents serving socio-educational measures.
