objetivo deste trabalho é promover atuação mais ampla, padronizada e efetiva da Inspeção do Trabalho através das notificações coletivas em setores específicos viabilizando o levantamento de dados para mensurar sua atuação e o alcance nas empresas, reduzir a concorrência desleal e prevenir novos acidentes de trabalho no setor notificado. A identificação do problema decorreu de análise de acidente fatal do enólogo responsável por vinícola na região metropolitana de Porto Alegre/RS, onde restou verificado o desconhecimento dos riscos existentes no interior dos espaços confinados da vinícola pelos trabalhadores e a total inadequação do estabelecimento à NR 33 -Norma Regulamentadora do Ministério do Trabalho e Previdência referente à segurança e saúde nos trabalhos em espaços confinados. Após análises, entrevistas e pesquisas decorrentes, concluiu-se pela urgência de ação coletiva no tradicional setor do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul focada em segurança e saúde do trabalho em espaços confinados das vinícolas. Para melhor compreensão do presente trabalho, percorrer-se-á desde o planejamento da Notificação Coletiva na Indústria de Fabricação de Vinhofocado na NR 33 -Segurança e Saúde nos Trabalhos em Espaços Confinados -até sua implementação e resultado final da ação da Inspeção Trabalho.

The objective of this work is to promote a broader, standardized and effective performance of the Labor Inspection through collective notifications in specific sectors, enabling the collection of data to measure its performance and reach in companies, reduce unfair competition and prevent new work accidents in the notified sector. The identification of the problem resulted from the analysis of a fatal accident of the winemaker responsible for the winery in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre/RS, where workers were unfamiliar with the risks inside the confined spaces of the winery and the total inadequacy of the establishment to NR 33 -Regulatory Standard of the Ministry of Labor and Welfare regarding safety and health in work in confined spaces. After analyses, interviews and ensuing research, it was concluded that collective action is urgently needed in the traditional sector of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, focused on occupational safety and health in the confined spaces of wineries. For a better understanding of this work, it will be covered from the planning of the CollectiveNotification in the Wine Manufacturing Industry focused on NR 33 -Safety and Health at Work in Confined Spaces -to its implementation and final result of the Labor Inspection action.
