O presente artigo pretende tratar das novas facetas do constitucionalismo contemporâneo com vistas a dar o suporte de direitos que a sociedade
informacional anseia. Trata-se de revelar os desafios que permeiam o constitucionalismo para que o povo a qual se dirige à Constituição sinta-se
preservado e torne-se cidadão efetivo nas práticas do Estado. É estudar as noções de pertencimento e cidadania em face de uma Constituição contemporânea que deve dar suporte as novas relações sociais estabelecidas pela era da informação. Busca-se analisar as transformações ocorridas pela revolução informacional na relação dos indivíduos com o Estado a partir de uma compreensão de ressignificação do próprio Direito até atingir uma cultura
jurídico-constitucional. A metodologia empregada consistiu na técnica de pesquisa documental, consultando-se material bibliográfico sobre o assunto, utilizando-se do método hermenêutico fenomenológico.

This article’s main bias the analysis of the new faces of contemporary constitutionalism with the view to support rights from information society.
It is to reveal the challenges that permeate constitutionalism for the people which goes to the constitution feel preserved and become effective citizens
in the State. You study the notions of belonging and citizenship in the face of a contemporary constitution must support new social relations established
by the information age. The aim is to analyze the changes occurred by the information revolution in the relationship of individuals to the state from an
understanding of reframing the law itself to achieve legal and constitutional culture. The methodology consisted of desk research technique , referring
to publications on the subject , using the phenomenological hermeneutical method.
