O artigo busca discutir, através do entrecruzamento de
dois temas, violência e gênero, o complexo problema da
questão agrária no Brasil. Para isso, esboçaremos uma
análise histórica do filme Terra para Rose, atentando para
a conjuntura de sua produção e a construção de sua
narrativa focada na figura de uma mulher: Rose.
This article aims to discuss, through the interweaving of
two themes, violence and gender, the complex problem of
agrarian issue in Brazil. To do so, we will make a historical
analysis of the film “Terra para Roseâ€, paying attention to
the situation of their production and the construction of
its narrative focus on the figure of a woman: Rose.
