Este artigo refere-se à aplicação dos Jogos Teatrais Spolinianos ao longo de dez anos do
Curso Teatro na Educação, o qual funciona no Centro de Formação ArtÃstica na Fundação Clóvis Salgado
(Palácio das Artes) em Belo Horizonte – MG, ressaltando a relevância e atualidade dessa abordagem
metodológica do teatro-educação na formação continuada de educadores, bem como na iniciação teatral
de pré-adolescentes e adolescentes. O artigo reporta depoimentos de educadores, referentes à s
contribuições dos Jogos Teatrais spolinianos, bem como alude a determinadas questões controversas que
cercam esta abordagem metodológica.
This article refers to the application of Spolin Games throughout 10 years of work at CTE,
Theater-in-Education Course, which works in the Artistic Training Center in the Clóvis Salgado
Foundation (Palácio das Artes), in Belo Horizonte, pointing out the relevance and presentness of this
theater-education methodological approach in the continuous formation of educators, as well as in the
theatrical initiation for pre-adolescents and adolescents. The article features statements given by
educators, referring to the contribution of Spolin Games in their education during CTE, and also alludes
to specific controversial issues that surround this methodological approach.
