Nesse artigo, procurou-se pontuar alguns dos perigos, para o ensino da literatura, gerados pelas mudanças em Leis e decretos. Enfocou-se a importância do aprendizado da Literatura enquanto objeto estético e não como objeto histórico ou moral. O estudo realçou a ideia de que é preciso promover o ensino da Literatura focalizando-a enquanto produção estética, e não enquanto retratos históricos articulados por uma linguagem bem elaborada; e, ainda evidenciou que sua função é a de promover, antes da formação moral, a experiência estética.
This paper has tried to point out some of the dangers to the teaching of literature generated by changes in laws and decrees. It has focused on the importance of learning literature as an aesthetic object rather than a historical or moral object. The study has emphasized that there is a need to promote the teaching of literature while focusing on the aesthetic production and not as historic portraits linked by an elaborate language. It has also showed its function is to promote, before the moral formation, the esthetic experience.
