O ENSINO DE HISTÓRIA E GEOGRAFIA: UM PROJETO INTERDISCIPLINAR COM VISTAS NA REALIDADE DOS ALUNOS DO ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL

Trata-se de um projeto em desenvolvimento no ano de 2011 junto a Faculdade de Ciências Humanas e Sociais e Núcleo de Ensino/UNESP – Campus de Franca cujo objeto de pesquisa e ação didático-pedagógica é o ensino da História e da Geografia no 9º Ano (8ª Série) do Ciclo II do Ensino Fundamental da Rede Pública Estadual de Ensino no Município de Franca. Na constituição deste trabalho busca-se desenvolver e aprofundar conhecimentos que gerem a interlocução entre os conteúdos programáticos das disciplinas de história e geografia, partindo de um conhecimento histórico construído ao longo do tempo, interligando-o aos estudos da geografia em uma dimensão espacial. Nosso principal enfoque é levar o aluno a compreensão do mundo no qual se insere, ou seja, a sociedade do século XXI em suas diferentes dimensões: temporais espaciais, políticas, sociais, etc.

It’s a project that is being developed on 2011 year, along the Human and Social Science
College and the Teaching Center/UNESP – Franca Campus. The objective of research and didacticpedagogic
action is the teaching of History and Geography on 9th grade of 2nd Cycle of the Elementary
School at the Public State Education in the city of Franca. On the constitution of this effort we look for
developing and deepen knowledge that manage the dialogue between the programmatic contents of
the subject matter of History and Geography, starting from a history knowledge built over time,
connecting it to the studies of Geography in a spatial dimension. Our main focus is to take the student to the comprehension of the world it is insert, in other words, the XXI century society in its different
dimensions: temporal, special, politic, social, etc.
