O solo é um componente da paisagem de fundamental importância para a existência dos seres vivos, porém o ensino deste assunto não vem recebendo a devida importância. Este artigo apresenta a realidade vivida em uma escola estadual do Ceará, localizada no município de Caucaia, trazendo a experiência de alguns profissionais que vivenciam o ensino deste assunto, bem como uma breve analise da bibliografia utilizada na referida escola.
The soil is a landscape component of fundamental importance for living beings existence. However, the teaching of this subject has not received the due importance. This paper presents the reality in a Ceará state school located in the municipality of Caucaia, representing the teaching experience of some professionals on that matter, as well as a brief analysis of the bibliography used in the referred school.
