O trabalho aponta o crescimento do número de matrículas no curso Técnico em Serviços Jurídicos das escolas técnicas estaduais de São Paulo geridas pelo Centro Paula Souza. Por meio de pesquisa documental, de caráter descritivo, reconhece o acréscimo da oferta nos cursos modulares e integrados entre os anos de 2012 e 2016 e apresenta considerações sobre o aumento da demanda e o perfil dos alunos egressos, refletindo sobre a relevância e atualidade desta habilitação técnica para a educação profissional de jovens e adultos e o setor de serviços paulista.
Resumo Inglês:
The study points out the growth in the number of enrollments in the Technical Course in Legal Services of the technical schools of São Paulo State managed by the Centro Paula Souza. Through documentary research, of a descriptive cut, it recognizes the increase of the offer in the modular and integrated courses between the years of 2012 and 2016 and presents considerations on the increase of the demand, reflecting on the relevancy and actuality of this course for the vocational education of young people and adults and the services industry.
