O presente artigo aborda um relato de experiência desenvolvida no estágio supervisionado III de Geografia, no qual este é de extrema relevância para a formação do aluno-estagiário, justamente por mostrar um pouco da realidade nos ambientes escolares, com isso norteando e fundamentando a visão do mesmo no tocante do lecionar. O estágio foi realizado na Escola Estadual Moreira Dias localizado na cidade de Mossoró-RN, por ter uma localização privilegiada atrai muitos alunos de vários bairros da cidade. O estágio foi desenvolvido em duas etapas: a observação no qual o aluno estagiário pode perceber toda a dinâmica da escola, ou seja, todo o funcionamento, desde a entrada e saída dos alunos dentro do espaço escolar como também todo funcionamento do corpo laboral da escola. A outra etapa é a regência em que o aluno estagiário pode exercer a prática docente numa determinada turma. Como metodologia, inicialmente foi realizado um estudo das obras sobre o tema, e em seguida a coleta de dados com uma pesquisa qualitativa e quantitativa através de questionários aplicados com os professores, alunos e gestores da escola. Com a obtenção dos dados detectamos fatores essenciais que nos ajudaram no desenvolvimento do estágio. Dessa forma este trabalho nos permitir refletir sobre a experiência do estágio supervisionado e sua contribuição para uma melhor formação do aluno-estagiário.

This article deals with an experience report developed in the supervised stage III of Geography, in which it is extremely relevant to the formation of the student-trainee, precisely because it shows a little of the reality in the school environments, with this guiding and grounding the vision of the Even with regard to teaching. The internship was held at the Moreira Dias State School located in the city of Mossoro-RN, having a privileged location attracts many students from various districts of the city. The internship was developed in two stages: the observation in which the trainee student can perceive all the dynamics of the school, that is, the whole operation, from the entrance and exit of the students inside the school space as well as all the workings of the school workforce . The other stage is the regency in which the trainee student can practice teaching in a certain class. As a methodology, initially a study of the works on the subject was carried out, and then the data collection with a qualitative and quantitative research through questionnaires applied with the teachers, students and managers of the school. With obtaining the data we detected essential factors that helped us in the development of the stage. In this way, this work allows us to reflect on the supervised internship experience and its contribution to a better student-trainee training.
