O presente artigo discute o Estado Integral e as classes sociais nas obras da década de 1930 de Francisco Cavalcanti Pontes de Miranda. Utilizando dos textos da época e passando pela teoria da integração, discute-se a construção teórica do Estado Integral para o autor e suas influências nas concepções sobre fins do Estado e direitos humanos.
The present article discusses the Integral State and social classes in the works of the 1930s by Francisco Cavalcanti Pontes de Miranda. Using texts from the period and going through the theory of integration, the theoretical construction of the Integral State for the author and its influences in concepts about purposes of the State and human rights are discussed.
