Temos visto que a escola se mostra como um espaço plural onde nos deparamos com várias ordens de pensamentos, atitudes e personalidades. E atualmente em decorrência de estarmos numa sociedade tecnológica e com muita informação geralmente as famílias e responsáveis estão cada vez mais longe de seus filhos e relegam a escolas a responsabilidade pela educação dos filhos. Assim a fim de trazer uma reflexão sobre o tema intentou-se por uma metodologia cientifica de pesquisa qualitativa e bibliográfica onde se analisou algumas ações do educador diante do bullying bem como seu conceito e ainda a participação de educadores com pontos de vistas de forma a colaborar com tal pesquisa. O bullying trata-se de uma forma de violência de caráter verbal, físico e/ou psicológico. As principais características do problema investigado são hostilidade, crueldade, difamação, invenção de apelidos depreciativos e exclusão. Este tipo de violência está presente em diversos âmbitos sociais: local de trabalho, vizinhança, família porem ocorre com mais frequência na escola
We have seen that the school appears as a plural space where we are faced with various orders of thoughts, attitudes and personalities. And nowadays, as a result of being in a technological society and with a lot of information, generally, families and guardians are increasingly distant from their children and relegate to schools the responsibility for the education of their children. Thus, in order to bring a reflection on the theme, an attempt was made for a scientific methodology of qualitative and bibliographic research where some actions of the educator in the face of bullying were analyzed, as well as its concept and also the participation of educators with points of view in order to collaborate with such research. Bullying is a form of verbal, physical and / or psychological violence.
