O presente trabalho buscou entender as mudanças no cenário trabalhista após a pandemia causada pelo Novo Coronavírus, haja
vista que diversos cenários estão sendo afetados diante da impossibilidade do exercício das atividades laborativas por meio de
recomendações do Ministério da Saúde e orientadas pela Organização Mundial da Saúde. Fundamentado em leis e na revisão de
literatura, o presente artigo busca não só informar quais os direitos do empregado diante da problemática vivenciada, mas sim
fazer uma análise dos direitos e garantias suprimidos e respeitados diante das medidas provisórias instauradas. Entendendo a
complexidade do tema diante de sua relevância no cenário atual que o mundo se encontra, diante de uma pandemia, sem deixar
de evidenciar os direitos do trabalhador, faz-se necessário esclarecer a aplicabilidade de medidas provisórias e promulgação de
decretos regulamentando leis nas relações de trabalho
The present article sought to analyze the changes in the labor scenario after the pandemic caused by the New Coronavirus
- COVID-19, given that several scenarios are being affected due to the impossibility of exercising work activities through
recommendations from the Ministry of Health. bibliographic research, this article seeks not only to inform the employee’s rights
in the face of the problems experienced, but also to analyze the suppressed and respected rights and guarantees in view of the
provisional measures introduced. Understanding the complexity of the theme in view of its relevance in the current scenario
that the world is facing, in the face of a pandemic, while highlighting the rights of the worker, it is necessary to clarify the
applicability of provisional measures and promulgation of decrees regulating laws in relations of work.
