Neste artigo é proposto que Kant, na Crítica da Faculdade de Juízo Teleológico (CFJT), utiliza um mesmo método de prova, ou tipo de argumento transcendental, que pode ser identificado na Dedução Transcendental das Categorias da primeira Crítica. Por isso, uma estrutura argumentativa similar pode ser encontrada na Crítica da Razão Pura e na CFJT. Neste artigo, será discutido o método transcendental de prova em questão e sua aplicação junto à temática própria da CFJT, que é a filosofia da natureza. Como amostra da viabilidade dessa interpretação, será apresentada uma análise de dois argumentos transcendentais, cuja temática é a filosofia da natureza, que podem ser encontrados nas Introduções à Crítica da Faculdade do Juízo, relativos à filosofia da natureza.

In this paper it is proposed that Kant, in the Critique of the Power of Teleological Judgment (CPTJ), uses the same method of proof, or type of transcendental argument, which can be identified in the Transcendental Deduction of the Categories of the first Critique. For this reason, a similar argumentative structure can be found in the Critique of Pure Reason and in the CPTJ. We will discuss the transcendental method of proof in question and its application along the CPTJs own theme, which is the philosophy of nature. As a sample of the viability of this interpretation, an analysis of two transcendental arguments, whose theme is the philosophy of nature, will bepresented, which can be found in the Introductions to Critique of the Power of Judgment related to the philosophy of nature.
