O presente trabalho pretende fazer uma análise qualitativa a partir dos discursos estabelecidos na rede social “Youtube”, no canal a empresa PRUMO Logística, responsável pela administração do Complexo Logístico Industrial Porto do Açu (CLIPA), um mega empreendimento localizado na região Norte Fluminense, dentro do município de São João da Barra,RJ, com efeitos diversos percebidos nas cidades circunvizinhas. The present work intends to make a qualitative analysis based on the speeches established in the social network "YouTube", in the channel PRUMO Logística, responsible for the administration of the Industrial Logistic Complex Porto do Açu (CLIPA), a mega project located in the North Fluminense region, within the municipality of São João da Barra, RJ, with diverse effects perceived in the surrounding cities. With a history of conflicts in the territory to be an enterprise, CLIPA presents the use of this network with the intention of communicating its developmental advances to the region. For this work, it is believed that intrinsic communication is the constitution of discourses. Discourses are not neutral since they are given by subjects who are historically and socially inserted in a specific context, therefore, endowed with intentionality.
