O MERCADO DE TRABALHO FORMAL NA MESORREGIÃO OESTE PARANAENSE NO INÍCIO DO SÉCULO XXI

O mercado de trabalho da Região Oeste Paranaense carece de estudos particularizados sobre sua estrutura ocupacional, dada a sua importância para o desenvolvimento regional e a qualidade de vida dos trabalhadores. A partir da sistematização de dados da Relação Anual de Informações Sociais (RAIS), este estudo mostra tendências do mercado de trabalho formal desta região entre os anos de 2003 e 2007. Há uma concentração dos postos de trabalho no setor terciário, embora ocorra um gradual crescimento do emprego industrial. Predomina o emprego nas empresas de micro e pequeno porte, havendo ainda um crescimento dos postos de trabalho nas grandes empresas, especialmente no setor industrial. A qualidade do emprego observada é precária, dada a alta rotatividade e a baixa remuneração em geral, especialmente na indústria e ao mesmo tempo, houve um achatamento salarial geral na região.

The labor market of region west of Paraná State lacks of studies particulared about your own occupational structure, given its importance for the regional development and quality of life of the workers. Based on RAIS data systematization, this study show trends of the formal labor market on this region, between the years 2003 and 2007.The concentration of work ranks in the third sector, although occur gradual growth of the industrial employment. It predominates the employment in micron and little enterprises, occurring yet a growth of work ranks in big enterprises, especially at the industrial sector. The quality of employment observed is precarious, given the high rotation and the low remuneration in general, especially at industry and at the same time, it had a wage reduction general in the region.
