Resumo Português:
O presente trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar como problemática a noção de verdade como adequação, precisamente por meio da busca de
uma referência mais originária que a simples correspondência entre juízo e coisa, onde os próprios entes, mostrando-se no que são, influenciam e, de
alguma forma, constrangem nossos juízos sobre o mundo. Sob essa perspectiva fenomenológica, nossa experiência da verdade irá reclamar uma
abertura que proporcione um espaço para a aparição dos entes, o que, no âmbito normativo, importará a possibilidade de denunciarmos uma atitude
logocentrista que pode encobrir os verdadeiros sentidos dos objetos jurídicos, comprometendo o acontecer do próprio Direito e, sobretudo, levar-nos
à perda de fundamento para os próprios direitos humanos.

This study aims to present how problematic the notion of truth as adequation is, precisely through the pursuit of a more original reference that the
simple correspondence between mind and reality, where beings themselves, showing themselves in what they are, influence and, somehow constrain
our judgments about the world. On this phenomenological perspective, our experience of truth will claim an opening way that provides a space for the
emergence of the beings, which, in the juridical sense, import the opportunity to denounce a logocentric attitude that may cover up the true sense
of the legal objects, undermining the law’s effectiveness and, above all, the ground of human rights.
