O presente trabalho discute o relevante papel exercido pelos Sistemas Integrados de Informações na manutenção do equilÃbrio dos Regimes Próprios de Previdência Social originários da Emenda Constitucional nº 20, de 15 de dezembro de 1998. Abordam-se disposições referentes à estruturação básica dos sistemas, aos benefÃcios proporcionados pela implantação destes e à s desvantagens que poderão ser verificadas no caso de não ser dispensada a atenção necessária na administração destes regimes previdenciários.
The present work discusses the relevant paper exercised by the Integrated Systems of Information in the maintenance of the balance of the Social Welfare Proper Systems, originated from the Constitutional Amendment nº. 20, December 15, 1998. Dispositions referring to the basic structuring of systems, to the benefits proportionate by the implantation of such systems and to the possible disadvantages that may occur in the case of lack of attention in the administration of these Welfare Systems are approached here.
