O Planejamento Educacional Em Mazagão-AP um olhar sobre o plano municipal de educação

Este artigo é oriundo da Dissertação de Mestrado intitulada: O Planejamento educacional em Mazagão-AP: um olhar sobre o Plano Municipal de Educação (PME/Mz) no triênio (2015-2017) que teve como escopo principal apresentar o resultado do estudo sobre a implementação das Metas e Estratégias deste documento, onde foi dado relevância ao cenário que precedeu tal política pública e os três primeiros anos de sua aplicação, sem a pretensão de apresentar avaliações e resultados definitivos no recorte temporal estabelecido. Neste estudo estão contidos os objetivos: a) pesquisar as relações entre o Estado, o Governo e as Políticas Públicas; b) investigar como a implementação das Estratégias educacionais do PME/Mz no o triênio (2015-2017) ocorreram de forma a atingirem as Metas previstas na referida Lei; e, c) Diagnosticar as ideias, objetivos, resultados e perspectivas do referido plano. Os resultados apontaram para Metas e Estratégias que se alcançaram em partes e outras que estão longe do que foi projetado.

This article comes from the Master's Dissertation titled: Educational Planning in Mazagão - AP: a look at the Municipal Education Plan (PME / Mz) in the triennium (2015 - 2017), whose main purpose was to present the results of the study on implementation of the Goals and Strategies of this document, where relevance was given to the scenario that preceded this public policy and the first three years of its application, without the intention of presenting definitive evaluations and results in the established time frame. In this study are contained the objectives: a) to investigate the relations between the State, the Government and the Public Policies; b) to investigate how the implementation of the Educational Strategies of PME / Mz in the triennium (2015 - 2017) occurred in order to reach the Goals established in said Law; and, c) Diagnose the ideas, objectives, results and perspectives of said plan. The results pointed to Goals and Strategies that were achieved in parts and others that are far from what was projected.
