O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar a relevância dos preâmbulos constitucionais. Para tanto, analisamos a importância normativa e interpretativa dos preâmbulos da Constituição Brasileira de 1988 e da Constituição Norte-Americana de 1787. Desse modo, percebemos elementos comuns e distintos, mas especialmente características essenciais de todo o diploma e da sociedade que ele organiza.
Resumo Inglês:
The objective of this paper is to analyze the relevance of constitutional preambles. To this end, we analyze the normative and interpretative importance of the preambles of the Brazilian Constitution of 1988 and the North American Constitution of 1787. Thus we perceive common and distinct elements, but especially essential characteristics of the entire diploma and the society it organizes.
