prática de ensino, sobretudo ao professor que está inserido nesta prática.
Busca-se ressaltar a importância de se rever o papel que o professor
atualmente desempenha na conjuntura social, destacando algumas
caracterÃsticas que precisam ser desenvolvidas em prol da emancipação das
estruturas opressivas, prejudiciais e tendenciosas às quais professores, alunos
e sociedade em geral estão submetidos. A reflexão crÃtica e a aprendizagem
crÃtico-colaborativa de professores são caminhos, destacados por vários
autores, que conduzem a uma prática educativa mais igualitária e justa.
This article presents and discusses some concepts, related to the
teaching practice, especially to the teacher who is in this practice. This work
also intends to emphasize the importance of review the actually teacher’s
role in the society, highlighting some characteristics that need to be
developed in aid of the oppressive, harmful and tendentious emancipation,
which teacher, students and the society in general are subjected. The
teacher’s critical reflection and the collaborative and critical learning are
ways, showed by a number of studious, which lead to a more equality and
fair educative practice.
