O presente trabalho tem o objetivo de apresentar o que o Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ) entende por cidadania a partir da análise de suas políticas públicas. Para que se compreenda o porquê da utilização de tal concepção de cidadania, são utilizados os ensinamentos de Oliveira Vianna, Simon Schwartzman e José Murilo de Carvalho a fim de que se reflita sobre o tipo de comportamento cidadão que foi construído no Brasil e como isso se interliga ou não com a visão adotada pelo CNJ quando da criação de suas políticas.
The present work has the objective of presenting what the National Council of Justice (CNJ) understands by citizenship from the analysis of its public policies. In order to understand why this concept of citizenship is being used, the teachings of Oliveira Vianna, Simon Schwartzman and José Murilo de Carvalho are used to reflect on the type of citizen behavior that was constructed in Brazil and how this connects or not with the vision adopted by the CNJ when creating its policies.
