Ao analisar o texto de Efésios 2:1-10 pretende-se fornecer desde a exegese completa, como a história do autor da carta, quem eram os destinatários, a data em que foi escrita, onde o apóstolo estava quando escreveu, quais os principais elementos da carta e a análise morfossintática do trecho em questão, para apresentar a ideia central do apóstolo Paulo sobre o conceito da graça, de como fomos libertos da escravidão do pecado e como fomos alcançados pela graça divina para a salvação. Visto que essa doutrina é de fundamental importância para a vida cristã, onde na visão reformada aprendemos que a obra da graça é fundamentalmente praticada por Deus em favor daqueles os quais Ele escolheu e separou para a salvação. Portanto faz se necessário um estudo aprofundado no assunto buscando nos escritos teológicos as bases de sustentação de tal doutrina e as suas implicações no viver diário do cristão buscando cumprir o propósito para o qual Deus o resgatou do pecado, para viver em boas obras as quais Ele mesmo preparou para que vivêssemos nelas.
When analyzing the text of Ephesians 2:1-10, we intend to provide a complete exegesis, such as the history of the author of the letter, who the recipients were, the date it was written, where the apostle was when he wrote, the main elements of the letter and the morphosyntactic analysis of the passage in question, to present the central idea of the apostle Paul about the concept of grace, how we were freed from the slavery of sin and how we were reached by divine grace for salvation. Since this doctrine is of fundamental importance for the Christian life, where in the Reformed view we learn that the work of grace is fundamentally practiced by God in favor of those whom He chose and separated for salvation. Therefore, an in-depth study of the subject is necessary, searching in theological writings for the bases that support such a doctrine and its implications in the daily life of the Christian seeking to fulfill the purpose for which God rescued him from sin, to live in good works which He Himself prepared for us to live in them.
