Observatório da produção em inclusão digital: em foco a abordagem cognitiva no portal de periódico da Capes

Este artigo é fruto da primeira parte de um estudo sobre produção científica em inclusão digital no Brasil de 1997 a 2007 com enfoque na perspectiva cognitiva. Para este artigo, recortou-se o período que compreende 2002 a 2006, procurando responder o seguinte problema: quais as regiões que mais publicam artigos científicos sobre inclusão digital abordando uma perspectiva cognitiva na área de Ciência da Informação? O foco da pesquisa visa o levantamento de todos os artigos publicados (na íntegra) em formato digital, de acesso on-linerecuperados no Portal de Periódicos CAPES. O estudo teve como objetivo principal mapear os artigos de inclusão digital com abordagem cognitiva e como objetivos específicos: verificar o vínculo acadêmico do autor e enquadrá-lo em uma região; quantificar os artigos que abordam a inclusão digital com perspectiva cognitiva; quantificar os autores que mais produzem dentro desta perspectiva e os idiomas dominantes. Para tanto, foi aplicado o método de infometria. Sendo esta uma pesquisa de caráter exploratório, com abordagem quantitativa, visou também levantar aspectos qualitativos. Podem ser apontados como resultados: incidências quanto ao grau de instrução e abordagem utilizada (doutores 66,7%=cognitiva); incidências quanto à região (Sudeste 66,7%=cognitiva) e incidências quanto à qualidade da publicação (Qualis ‘A’ nacional 16,7% = cognitiva).

This work is fruit of the first part of the Studies of the Scientific Production in digital inclusion in Brazil of 2002 the 2006 with approach in the cognitive perspective. For such, it was looked to answer the following problem: which the regions that more publish scientific articles in Digital Inclusion approaching a cognitive perspective in the area of Science of the Information. The focus of the research understands the survey of all the articles published (in it integrates) in digital format, of access on-line (Internet) recouped in the Portal de Periódicos CAPES, having as it cuts the area of Science of the Information. The main objective was to identifier articles of digital inclusion with cognitive boarding and being had as objective specific: to verify the academic bond of the author; it fits it in a region; to quantify the articles that approach the digital inclusion with cognitive perspective; to quantify and qualitify the authors who more produce inside of this perspective and the dominant languages. For in such a way, the infometry method was applied, being this a research of exploring and quantitative character. They can be pointed as resulted: incidences how much to the authorship and used boarding (doctors 66,7%=cognitive); incidences how much to the region (Southeastern 66,7%=cognitive) and incidences how much to the publication (Qualis ‘A’ 16,7%=cognitive).
