O presente artigo traz um Relato de Experiência suscitado a partir da oficina pedagógica “Educação Geográfica e Cooperação”, a qual teve a sua origem no componente curricular Estágio Supervisionado em Geografia III na licenciatura em Geografia da Universidade Federal da Bahia, precisamente em 2017. Abarcar a categoria Cooperação teve o arcabouço teórico do livro Modos de Brincar: Caderno de Saberes, Fazeres e Atividades da coleção Kit A Cor da Cultura (2010). O incentivo à cooperação entre as pessoas pode ser um importante ponto de partida para a organização social. Nesse interim, a oficina teve como plano de fundo este conceito, mas que busca interagir com temas não comumente trabalhados nesta ciência, como a negritude e o racismo, a fim de se construir um debate prolífero e significativo no processo de construção da identidade docente, uma vez que nos depararemos com uma vasta diversidade no cotidiano das salas de aula. A metodologia da escrita deste relato está pautada nas Narrativas Autobiográficas.

This article presents an Experiential Report from the pedagogical workshop "Geographical Education and Cooperation", which originated in the curricular component Supervised in Geography III in the degree in Geography of the Federal University of Bahia, precisely in 2017 Covering the category of Cooperation has the theoretical framework of the book Modes of Play: Notebook of Knowledge, Doings and Activities of the Kit Kit The Color of Culture (2010). Encouraging cooperation among people can be an important starting point for social organization. In the meantime, the workshop had as its background this concept, but that seeks to interact with themes not commonly worked in this science, such as blackness and racism, in order to build a prolific and meaningful debate in the process of constructing the teaching identity, Since we will be faced with a wide diversity in the daily life of classrooms. The methodology of the writing of this report is based on the Autobiographical Narratives.
