Neste artigo buscamos, de um lado,
compreender a organização da estrutura
administrativa do Poder Judiciário em
Goiás, no século XIX, e sua articulação
com a defesa da unidade territorial e o
monopólio fiscal, para além da sua
clássica atribuição de justificar o
monopólio legÃtimo da violência por
parte do Estado, e, por outro, analisar as
representações da Justiça construÃdas
pelos agentes do Estado durante
processo.
Our aim in this article is to understand
the organization of the administrative
structure of the judicial branch in the
state of Goiás, in the 19th century and its
articulation with the defense of the
territorial unity and with the tax
monopoly beyond its classical attribution
of justifying the monopoly of the
violence by the state and, also, we want
to analyze the justice representations
done by the state agents during the
process.
