For the author, this dialogue today has become an unavoidable issue, whether due to the advancement of totalitarian and far-right discourses in Brazil and around the world or due to the boom in language technologies and the entry into the digital era. The work constitutes a call for discursive analysis of argumentation in an attempt to observe the functioning of the dominant ideology and understand the new processes of interpretation and subjectiondue to the changes undergone in the form of the argumentation material due to these new developments.
