Este artigo busca refletir sobre os benefÃcios eventuais enquanto parte do sistema de proteção social. Observa-se que na prática esta atenção encontra-se numa condição marginal junto à polÃtica de assistência social, a gestão pública e as legislações vigentes. Trata-se de um direito socioassistencial que precisa ser melhor definido, analisado e interpretado, principalmente por considerá-lo como integrante do Sistema Único de Assistência Social (SUAS).
This article seeks to reflect on the possible benefits as part of the social protection system. We observe that in practice this attention is a marginal condition by the social welfare policy, public management and legislation. It is a right to social assistance needs to be better defined, analyzed and interpreted, especially considering it as part of the Unified Social Assistence System (SUAS).
