Neste artigo nosso objetivo é discutir na novela, Os caminhantes de Santa Luzia (1959) de Ricardo Ramos, questões que permeiam o sagrado e o profano. Tomamos com base os estudos de Mircea Eliade (1992) em torno do Sagrado e do Profano. Ainda como suporte nos foi possível dialogar com o texto sobre o espaço de Osman Lins (1976), a questão do ponto de vista de Norman Friedman (2002), os estudos de Tacca (1983) acerca das vozes do romance e Questões de literatura e de Estética de Bakhtin (2010).

In this article our objective is to discuss in the novel, The Walkers of Santa Luzia (1959) by Ricardo Ramos, questions that permeate the sacred and the profane. We take from the studies of Mircea Eliade (1992) around the Sacred and the Profane. Still as a support we were able to dialogue with the text about the space of Osman Lins (1976), the question from the point of view of Norman Friedman (2002), the studies of Tacca (1983) on the voices of the novel and Questions of literature and of Bakhtin's Aesthetics (2010).
